These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in ICON Global Conferences, hereinafter referred to as "the Conference." By registering for and participating in the Conference, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration and Admission:
1.1. All participants must complete the registration process and obtain a valid conference pass to attend the event.
1.2. Registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of information may lead to denial of entry.
2. Code of Conduct:
2.1. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, treating fellow attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff with courtesy and respect.
2.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Conference without refund.
3. Intellectual Property:
3.1. All content presented at the Conference, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.2. Participants may not record, distribute, or reproduce any Conference content without explicit permission from the organizers and relevant speakers.
4. Privacy and Consent:
4.1. By participating in the Conference, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of the Conference.
4.2. Photographs and videos taken during the Conference may be used by the organizers for promotional and marketing purposes.
5. Changes and Cancellations:
5.1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Conference schedule, speakers, topics, and any other details without prior notice.
5.2. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, the registration fee will be transferred to the subsequent events. However, the organizers shall not be liable for any other associated costs or damages.
6. Liability:
6.1. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and valuables during the Conference. The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
6.2. The organizers shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during the Conference.
7. Force Majeure:
7.1. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or modifications to the Conference schedule due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen emergencies.
8. Governing Law:
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Conference is held.
By participating in ICON Global Conferences, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not register for or attend the Conference. The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at their discretion, and any updates will be posted on the official Conference website.
